Madeleine & Eesan hosted an Indian wedding celebration the day before their western wedding at the Litchfield Inn in Litchfield, CT. It was a rainy day, so the mandaap was set up inside the reception space where the colors of the ceremony popped beautifully. The many elements of an Indian wedding are so fun for me to document. It was an incredible day that I cherish.

The following day, Maddie & Eesan invited friends and family to a Church Ceremony in Litchfield, CT followed by a gorgeous tented reception planned and designed by Evan Chestnutt of One for the Books Events. Madeleine’s family is British, so there were many traditional British elements to their day. Madeleine looked like an elegant princess and it was truly one of the highlights of the year.
The in-between, storytelling images that give the big picture of your wedding day are so important to me in my mission to create images that appreciate with time. I love getting to know my couples and their intricate relationships as well as writing my highlights from their unique day to supplement their photos. Here are some of the weddings I've been lucky enough to document as well as some words about what made their day so memorable for me.
