Misty & Playful Wedding Weekend at Glynwood in Cold Spring, New York

Not even rain could make Glynwood in Cold Spring, New York look bad. Of all the Hudson Valley wedding venues, I think I could photograph at Glynwood for the rest of my career and be completely content. It is effortlessly beautiful and impressive. It reminds me so much of Ireland (maybe it’s the sheep and the pastures?) with a gorgeous villa vibe. I especially love the lake house rehearsal dinners the night before the wedding. It is truly an immersive and unique experience that is so memorable. Hey, the new show The Four Seasons featuring Steve Carrell on Netflix was also filmed here!

And now on to Audrey + Mark’s wedding at Glynwood. I think it’s safe to say no one dreams of their wedding day having rain as an uninvited guest. When rain happens to two extremely joyful, in-love people who know that getting married and being together and having fun is the ultimate goal, however, rain has little impact on the tone of the day. That is exactly what happened for A+M’s wedding day, and it turned out so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. The laughter and lightness was everything the day needed to be perfect in every way. I cannot wait to come back and photograph days like this over and over again!
